Downtown Summerlin is the Las Vegas Valley’s vibrant urban center. The heart of the Summerlin master-planned development, it is bounded by the 215 Beltway, Charleston Boulevard, Town Center Drive, and Sahara Avenue.

More than a hundred retailers and restaurants have opened shop in Downtown Summerlin since it opened its doors in 2014.
Big name brands in fashion, health and beauty, and electronics are guaranteed to please the most demanding shopaholic. There are two anchor stores, Dillard’s and Macy’s.
Shoppers can choose from affordable options such as Forever 21, GAP, and Old Navy to more high-end ones like lululemon atheletica, Michael Kors, True Religion, and BCBG Max Azria.
Specialty boutiques like The Art of Shaving, Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, Perfumania, Sephora, and many more supply pampering essentials.
You’ll find home furnishings and housewares in well-known stores like Sur La Table and Ethan Allen. Nevada’s first ever Crate and Barrel will soon open its doors here as well.
Worn out from shopping? Refuel at any of Downtown Summerlin’s wide array of restaurants. Options range from full-service dining destinations such as Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill and Andiron Steak and Sea to fast-casual spots like Five Guys Burgers and Fries and MTO Café.
A number of these restaurants face the dining arroyo, a relaxing landscaped patio with water features.
A mixed-use urban center
Downtown Summerlin is much more than a premier shopping and dining destination. It also offers Class A office space and a premier multi-family residential development.
Nine-story ONE Summerlin is a Class A, LEED Silver-certified office building, which means it’s both prestigious and environment-friendly. It looks out on Red Rock and the Strip and is just a stone’s throw away from shops, restaurants, and boutiques.
Constellation, the first residential development in the downtown area, is a 124-unit gated luxury residence that will soon be open for leasing.
